    My name is Sean O’Neill, Staffing Manager with New Castle Building Products. I joined the New Castle family in April of 2021. As the Staffing Manager I collaborate with the Executive team and the Managers to prepare a staffing strategy for existing and future needs. What I enjoy most about working with New Castle is the Team atmosphere. It is exciting to be part of a company that values their employees, is caring and passionate about what they do every day! Having the ability to partner with Managers and become a valued resource in their business is humbling. On a personal note, I live in Upstate New York with my wife, and two children. I enjoy being a part of their sporting endeavors as a supportive parent and coach. If I am not at a rink or on a sports field I will be treating myself to a nice bike ride.

    Hi! I’m Denise Lubrino, Recruiter at New Castle Building Products. I joined the New Castle family in June 2025 and have loved every minute of being part of a company that values its people, promotes a collaborative culture, and is passionate about what they do.

    In my role, I work closely with the Executive team and Managers to create strategic staffing plans that support both current operations and long-term growth. What excites me most is being a trusted partner to our leaders, helping them find the right talent and contributing to the continued success of their teams.

    Outside of work, I live in Westchester County, NY with my husband, two children, and our fur babies. I’m a big fan of family time, whether it’s watching sports, hiking, or cooking up a homecooked meal in the kitchen.
