NCM Masonry flashings are purpose designed to help terminate low slope roofing assemblies where they intersect masonry walls. The various designs ensure a watertight assembly while allowing for continued maintenance without compromising the integrity of the masonry walls.

2-pc Surface Mounted Flashing

This two-piece assembly utilizes a surface mounted received and a snap lock insert to protect the membrane termination point on a masonry wall.

1 pc Reglet Flashing

One-piece reglet flashing is a single piece installed into a saw-cut into the masonry. It relies upon a pressure bend an sealant to remain water tight.

1-pc Surface Mounted Flashing

One-piece surface mounted flashing is anchored to the wall using exposed fasteners and relies upon a caulk-lip to ensure water-tightness.

3-way Thru Wall Flashing

This two-piece assembly utilizes an intricate saw-tooth design on the receiver which allows the receiver to bond with the mortar. The resulting assembly allows for masonry work to continue before the roofing system is able to be installed.

3-way Thru Wall Coping

This two-piece assembly utilizes an intricate saw-tooth design on the receiver which allows the receiver to bond with the mortar. The resulting assembly allows for masonry work to continue before the roofing system is able to be installed.
